Hello! My name is Anna and I will be a guest writer here on medium Alvas page every now and then. I am a health educationist and I will give you some tips on how to be healthier! Beach 2010 has passed but it doesn’t mean we should stop being physically active! Now that the fall is here the weather is duller and it gets dark earlier. This is when we start to get a little more tired and in general have less energy. Although it can be hard to motivate ourselves to get up and move, do it, because it really does make a big change to our mood! So get up and move everybody! Find an activity that you like and want to continue with, that will make it so much easier for you. Try out new things or bring a friend to make it more fun. Women: how about trying one class of belly dancing? It is a GREAT workout and it is fun at the same time! Allow yourselves to feel sexy ladies. Or what about a class of boxing? You will feel strong and powerful afterwards. Most importantly, do what works for you! The activity, the time, the day etc. The days that you have not planned on working out, try doing jumping jacks or running on the place while the commercials are on the TV. You will notice right away how the energy level goes up and this will do you a lot of good!
